Suddenly can't launch TFC
Haven't made any changes to my hardware/software, one day it worked the next it didn't.

When I try to launch it, I get this error
Filesystem(20,4294967295,0x1999f6cc) failed with error 5: No
CS online with App 0 Ver 55

What I've already tried: Verifying game cache, deleting/reinstalling, deleting clientregistry.blob and restarting steam. Has anyone solved this? Any help would be appreciated.

Could you tell us a little more about what you're trying to run TFC on? At least the operating system would be good to know.

I had the same cind of problem. Here is the only and the best solution to get a 100% fix this forever of your steam games. You have to reinstall steam on your PC. It is very important that you do all this the step I set up the here and remove all files that leads to the error mesages you get on your filesystem.

1. Uninstalled all games on steam first.
2. Uninstalled Steam.
3. Go into your C: \ Program Files and make sure there are no files left called steam or steamAps.
4. Reestart your pc.
5. Innstall Steam again.
6. Start uplading one game at a time. For ex. Team Fortress Classic first.
7. Start up the new reinstalled game and check that it works 100%.
8. Then you have checked and make sure the first innstaled game works fine, you can now start download and innstall any other game you want on steam.

Best of luck.
