Can't port forward

I've been trying to forward my ports for a while and start a public server. But my pc manufacture (hp) was not on the list for HL port forwarding. I really need help (please note that i can't do anything that cost money)

I wouldn't bother forwarding specific TCP or UDP ports. Find out the internal LAN IP of your PC, and configure your router to use this IP as a server, which means that all traffic is forwarded to your PC. I found this setting under configuration / network / NAT & port rules / NAT settings in the router's menu, it depends on the router though. Look into your router's manual to find out. If you don't have a manual any more, search the manufacturer's website e.g. on Google, then go to support / downloads.
