Enable V-synch. Worked like a charm surprisingly.
I'm on Win 7 though.
I don't have this problem with the DVD version :/
If its disabled already just enable it and then disable it ingame for more fps ig idk
Mine is kinda different I have to change it up all the time i start up the game...
V-sync off..stuck at loading screen "Into the storm" right after pressed Start a new game?
Anyone has solution?
Thank you My men

Maybe in 2013 it was a good advice, to set your V-Sync ON, but it's 2020 and you don't have to do such a horible thing to yourself and introduce yourself to a disgusting lag brought by any kind of V-Sync.
If you have an Nvidia graphic card, you should be able to limit the FPS in Nvidia Control Paneloptions for speciffically this game, in modern drivers, there is a specific setting for how much fps should your PC produce, you can set it globally, you can set it for a specific program. If you don't have an Nvidia card, you can use the Statistic Runnin Server. It can limit fps any way you want, and for specific games too.
The point is, NEVER use V-Sync, there are better options aviable.
Right now i tested 120 fps limit in Nvidia Control Panel and it works just fine. Loads and runs smoothly. Will test 240 fps, as this is my refresh rate, will edit this coment then.
EDIT: 240 fps limit works just fine too. I assume, that 280 would work just as fine, as there are new 280hz IPS monitors on the market, even 360hz IPS lol, if any of you will get one of them.
