Steam losing trustworthyness
Why is this available on steam at all? I bought the game and it has several issues. I paid for the game and I feel that I shouldn't have to go through several guides to make the game playable.

The are heaps of differn't type's of PC's out there, running on differn't forms of windows.... you can't really blame steam, for not being able to make sure every game works on all the differn't systems... i think really, maybe you should be blaming the developers who made it, for not not being able to run on every system...

Yeah, it's the publisher who's ultimately responsible for providing a working game.

I don't know whether Steam interferes at some point if a game keeps causing problems -- but they probably wouldn't need to in this case. Same as always, I bought the game, installed it, and it works. At least for now -- I've only "healed" one area and I'm currently going through another, so I haven't seen all that much of the game just yet.

My system is an Intel i5-750, Radeon 5770, 8GB RAM, Win7. No issues of any kind, so far.

It's just that we buy products that are corrupted in some way and ultimately unplayable. It's unfair.

Been trying to play this all morning. Freezing, no sound, unable to save, cant hear dialogue and I havent even gotten through 10 minutes yet. Once I had to force shut down my computer. I can play all AAA titles on Ultra settings on 1080p with 60 fps... yet THIS doesnt work?!
Where do I get my money back?

you can't acteuly get your money back unfortunatly... i hven't acteully had any problems with this game, and it seems pretty awesome. Although i have had problems with other older games like this, but really i always managed to find a salution, and if you try hard enough you can usally find the fix... but as i said before, you can't really blame steam and developers to much, concidering all the differn't types of pc specs...

I also had no problems...
In fact I just finished the game. IMO it is the best POP game since The Sands of Time.

I didn't have any problems with the game either and I run it on Windows 8. The only problem that I encounted was some lag near the end of the game but that is about it. Check your computer specs, you may not have all the min requirements that you need for the game.

You can't get your money back. A digital download isn't like where you buy a hard copy and can sell it back or return it. Once you bought it, its yours. All sales final.

As for your game not working it could be your computer. Do you have all the required min specs that this game needs to play? I have also heard that 1080p doesnt work for this game (so I read from another discussion).

Instead of complaining, contact Steam Support and prehaps they can help you.
