Anybody else not getting the Steam key for the Community Content DLC, as promised in the game?

In Defense Grid: The Awekening there is a text "console", where one can enter an email address. The game states, that Hidden Path Entertainment will send a steam-key for the Community Content DLC, once entered. I did so, but never received a key. Is this a known issue? Any workarounds? Thanks.

Check your spam folder and try again. If that´s not a solution contact support I´d say.

Bah, having problems with this as well. My email was already saved in the ingame community console, re-entering it doesn't do anything, no key for community levels anywheres. To HPE support we go...

Well that was easy. Got the dlc key mail re-sent manually within 20 minutes of sending a support email.

Open your email client of choice -> new mail to: [e-mail] -> explain the situation.

Emailed them. They sent me the key and now it says I don't have the original game activated!
