maybe trying typing "mat_specular 0" (without quotes) in the console?

try "buildcubemaps" in console

"buildcubemaps" worked, but it crashed the SFM and I had to reload the map. Anyways, thanks for help, its fixed now.

Yeah that's normal. SFM always crashes after building cubemaps.

But if you reload, doesn't the cubemap go back to it's original settings?

No, since buildcubemaps makes a copy of the original map in usermod, with rebuilt cubemaps. That one essentially overrides the original as a result.
