Weapon switching animation?

So I've made my Medic switch from the Crossbow to the Medigun, but it doesn't look right because it's instant. No animation of him switching. I want to make it as if he were in game switching. I've look in the import sequence, couldn't find it.

Have you played TF2? There aren't any (3rd person) weapon switching animations. You'd have to animate that yourself.
