An invisible model isn't necessarily caused by faulty material parametres, it can also be caused by a borked model file, or it may not have been installed properly. Check the console if it reports an error when you attempt to load the model, that usually give you a good idea of what's wrong.

I'm looking at this, tried to load it into the model viewer and got an "Error Loading Model" error. Looking at the model in SFM there are no wireframes for the model. I would suspect that the model file is broken. I'll try to research further.

I managed to decompile the model and got it into Blender, not all the vertices have been assigned to UVs therefore the model can not find textures or materials. Looking at the materials, the model does not make sense, there are designs in the materials that don't match the mesh. I tried to find reference to this machine on the tf2 wiki and can't find it. I think it may be a model that is still in development.

The tank is a multipart model (body, tracks left and right), none of the parts show up in SFM. Also, none of the damage parts show up either. This enforces my previous assumption.

Nor does the Static tank appear.

what did you have to do to put it in the workshop?

In SFM, File, Community, Publish model to steam... Select the model I want to publish, give it a image, give it a description, select visibility, accept agreement, Publish... I think those are the steps.
