Broken Weapons? *SOLUTION*
-solution-
You need to drag the Heavy's weapon_bone to the IC's roottransform, select both the IC's roottransform and weapon_bone using ctrl(not unknown), then apply the zero preset.

I've tested different weapons and sequences with scout. They were all correct except the Grenade Launcher and Minigun. So it's just those 2 weapons that are broken for some reason. Please tell me if you have this problem, or know how to fix it.

Some weapons don't lend themselves too well to SFM's auto bonemerge (dragging an animation set onto another). The Iron Curtain works best if you simply lock its roottransform to the Heavy's weapon_bone, and zero the Iron Curtain's roottransform and weapon_bone.

Both the "C" and "W" Grenade Launchers work fine with it though, I don't know how yours got broken, but you can try the same, it's foolproof.

I think I'm having a dumb moment here, but what do you mean by that? I dragged the Iron Curtain rootTransform to the Heavy's Weapon_bone box and then when I did the zero thing on the Iron Curtain, it disappeared. I did it viceversa with the zero thing on the Iron Curtain, broken Iron Curtain.

If you did the opposite first you most likely borked the Heavy's weapon_bone, so you probably should reimport the stand_primary sequence (ideally on just the weapon_bone so that you don't lose any animation you might have done).
