Did you watch the SourceFimmaker Tutorials? They explain the process quite well...

Here's the link...

Thanks, I'll go through them and hope I can figure out SFM. It's just such a big leap from Gmod!

I find the interface really confusing :C Worse than Zbrush4 from Pixologic IMHO

It takes time, no worries. Other animation programs are always hard from the start.

They all have pretty steep learning curves, yeah. I need the equivalent of the bouncing ball exercise for this thing.

One of the last official tutorials is just that, a "bouncing robot head" exercise ;)

... I think I'm just going back to Gmod D: you win this round SFM.

I hope the next update makes the interface less like EVE Online levels of speedsheet madness.

No dude don't quit! Im learning today too. Its tough, but with a community as awesome as this one, its hard not to be super excited for SFM. I've never used Gmod before, but this is a sweet SWEET program...

SFM is like GMod's hard mode. I tried some other "Creation" editors that Steam offers and I was similarly confused.

I can use Zbrush, Vue Infinite, Poser, Maya, Mandelbulb and Cinema4d but this crap is kicking my butt!?
