Longer footage time

I've been watching some SFM videos on YouTube and noticed some go for about four minutes or longer. The only amount of footage I get is two minutes. How to extend my footage using only one session? I only found that I have to keep making new sessions.

Go into Clip editor and double click the clip, make sure that your character's animSetEditorChannel is long enough for your shot. (not sure but you may have to do this for each shot???) To get back to the clip editor, click the UpArrow Icon.
