Dead-like pixels on models?
I'm can't figure out why this is happening, or even how to properly describe it.
On the one in the foreground there are colored pixels on it's hand and its head and neck.
The two behind have black pixels on their legs, arms, and heads.

How do I fix this?

Hm... Do these colours move as you move the camera around? Seems to me this could be specularity crapping up.

Also, does it only happen on this map? On this character?

Well, it's only happening on the xenomorphs. And yes, I forgot to mention it changes when you move the camera, but the same areas are still effected. This map has specular issues anyway so I have mat_specular set to 0.

I see... Could you point me to where you downloaded the model? I have a feeling it may be a problem with the shader, like a botched lightwarp or something.
Also, I didn't notice the problem until after I added volumetric lighting, and changed the SSAO settings on the camera. However when I removed the lights and set the camera to it's default settings the problem persisted.

Right... seems to be working fine on my end:

One thing you could try is deactivate the phong warp texture. Navigate to SourceFilmmaker/game/usermod(or the mod you installed the models in)/materials/models/ninja/XenoMorph/, and open XenoSoldier_D.vmt with notepad. Comment out the line "$PhongWarpTexture" "models/ninja/XenoMorph/phongwarp" by putting two slashes in front of it, and save the file. If you had SFM open while doing that, type "mat_reloadallmaterials" in the console. See if that works. If the phong warp isn't the cause, I don't know what it could be :/

Strangely, that didn't solve the problem but now most of the colored pixels are red instead of purple. Okay, here's another thing, it doesn't show up in the motion editor. Also, I found turning off subpixel Jitter AA makes them almost completely dissapear, but the same areas still have a lot of stange noise.

Wow, that's a weird one... I'm afraid I'm completely clueless as to what the cause could be :(

Well thanks for the help anyway !

This is strange, I just downloaded to see if I could replicate... I'm not seeing it...

Looks like you are using a custom map, could it be the map lighting that might be causing it?

Other than that, what type of computer (Desktop or Laptop) and graphics card are you using?

This is after creating an animation set for the camera and changing all SSAO settings
