Ambient Occlusion not rendering?
Hi guys, recently i've been having issues on my new laptop with SFM (not the white line and lighting one).

Specs:

Windows 8 64 bit

Nvidia GT 650m 2gb DDR3 (Drivers 314.22, since 320.18 seem to be causing a lot of trouble).

8GB RAM DDR3

Intel Core i7-3630QM CPU 2.40 GHZ

(I think that's enough to Run SFM, i've had a worse graphics card render the AO just perfect).

Well, my problem is that the Nvidia control panel will always show the ambient occlusion as "Not supported for this app" on the Source filmmaker profile (not sure if this is common due to the fact it runs on Directx9), i've been trying to do some tweaks with Nvidia Inspector (3rd party), but i've had no success whatsoever.

In my case, Ambient Occlusion is the only graphical glitch im having, volumetric lighting, bloom, etc work perfectly :c

So here are my questions:

Has this happened to any of you?, or is the gt 650m not compatible with AO?

----

Here are a few screenshots so you guys can have an idea of what is happening.

SFM's viewport (Same, but this time with Show AO (note: even if i point a light directly at the model the AO will keep unchanged)).

Any ideas?, has this ever happened to any of you?

I have this exact same problem, only I don't know how to fix it ;____;

I've already found a fix, it's related to Nvidia drivers, if you have W8 try switching back to W7.
