DoD DLC unavailable for download

I am unable to install the DoD DLC and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

When I click on SFM properties and select the DLC tab it says that it is available. Yet, wehen I click on the DLC button to the right hand side of the SFM page (you know where you would run the program). The message I get says that there is no DLC available for download.

I did an unistall/ re-install of SFM in the hopes that that would do something, but of course it didn't.

Does anyone have any idea on how I can install this content?

The DoD DLC must be downloaded from within SFM, by going to Files > Downloadable Content > Install Day Of Defeat Content Pack.
