Suddenly can't animate

I have been animating a video for about a hour, and decided to try adding music. Shortly after, I was no longer able to make any sort of animations or changes otherwise to my characters. Can somebody explain what went wrong?

is you video longer then 60 seconds? also, did you try saving and restarting?

It is actually about twenty second at the moment, and yes, I did try both.

Double click on the clip in the Clip editor and post a screen shot of the Animation Channel (orange bar)

I just ran into a stranger problem First, SFM crashed. Then, when I try to reload the session, only the dialogue box for loading recent projets appears. But SFM doesn't.

check to see if the session dmx name resides in your usermod\elements\sessions folder. If it doesn't see if there is a backup file of the same name somewhere. If not, then your session has been destroyed.

Gah, that damn bug again. Wish I knew what causes it, and more importantly how to fix it, it seems increasingly frequent >:(

My session exists, but my workspace is gone.
It says it's there, and running, but it isn't anywhere.

This sounds similar to the problem that Tariikz is having, but his has happen on SFM install. Despite everything we tried, we could not get the program to initiate. (see discussion http://steamcommunity.com/app/1840/discussions/0/828940421761465829/) He is actually going as far as reinstalling Windows to see if that fixes the problem.

SFM is running, but no screens can be found, Task manager says the process is running, but application doesn't register. SFM sits dormant for a couple of minutes, then the task manager shows that the process shuts down. ??? We looked for certain things in the registry that were reported on my machine, but could not find them in his registries. Totally insane!!!

Well, I'm not sure what there is to show. All that you'll see is that dialogue box you get on Startup for choosing whether to create or open a project, and then my desktop.

So nobody has a fix for this? Not even a reinstall?

I just finished re-installing windows and now I am downloading SFM again. I really hope it works
