New Robo-Unusual particles in SFM?
Where can I find the new unusual particles (anti-freeze, roboactive, power surge, time warp, etc etc) in the SFM particle editor? The item_fx.pcf does not have them. Thanks!

are they new to sfm, or new to tf2?
New to TF2. Maybe they still haven't uploaded them to SFM?
you can follow this to get the new stuff into sfm

Thanks for the link! The files were rearranged due to SteamPipe (I believe) and the team fortress 2.gcf file is no longer available. Only a bunch of .vpk files are up there. I used the GCFscape tool to open the tf2_textures_dir.vpk, but cannot find the specific effects (unusual effects) I am looking for.

Any suggestion?

Ok, got it. Using GCFScape, opened the tf2_misc_dir.vpk and extracted the item_fx.pcf and replaced the one in the source filmmaker directory. I can now have the new robo unusuals. Thanks!
Antifreeze doesn't seem to work for me? I get pink squares. http://i.imgur.com/o86Ftb2.jpg
I have the same problem. The particle editor tool also shows those squares, and looks like the radioactive "drops" are showing those squares. Still cannot make it work.
it's probably better to just move everything over. particles, materials and models. chances are they created new materials for the new particles. those new materials wouldn't be moved if you just move the pcf.
This is pretty much the same thing... Follow the process to get the new particles

It works!!! Just needed to copy also the contents of tf2_textures_dir.vpk along with tf2_misc_dir.vpk as mentioned in the tutorial. Many thanks!!!

I have the effects but I don't have antifreeze :o
skG, if the new robo effects display correctly for you, the AntiFreeze is named unusual_robot_radioactive. The Roboactive effect is unusual_robot_radioactive2. It should show in the Particle Editor Tool.
Note: when extracting the folders, only extract/replace these folders:

maps
materials
models
particles

Else SFM might crash.
