Camera's Gone after save
Ok, I'm not sure if I am doing something idiotic that I am not thinking of. After I save a file, then reopen it in SFM, the cameras have all disappeared. When I play the video, it does nothing. My shots are all there, but no cameras. Please help!

This could be quite a few things, here. What do you mean, it does nothing? The cameras don't move, but the action still does, with audio and all? Or are the shots completely dark? What type of camera are you talking about, a game camera recorded in a take, one you added with the option below the viewport? Did you have an animation set for it? If so, is the animation set still there?

Llama Face, do you have multiple shots in your movie? If yes, did you create a camera for the SHOT that is currently active?

I apologize for the lack of information that I provided. I am very very new to this as you can tell. I have been working slowly with the tutorials that as been provided from steam. I had 2 cameras just for the beginning stages of the tutorials. Camera1 and another camera that I was using just to mess around with. I saved my progress and closed the program. After returning and opening up my video, no cameras were there. Just the work camera.

Try clicking the camera toggle button to find out if there is an active camera in one of your shots.

I think I see what you've done... Let me set something up and I'll show you how to get your camera back.

I appreciate the help tremendously. I have tried toggling, but nothing appears.

Here, look at this. I think this "might be" your problem.

If not, I'll need more detail.

Hm, the cameras do seem to be outright gone... Why do you have two cameras in the same shot, anyway?
In any event, this never happened to me... Might I ask if you recorded this camera in a shot, or was it created with that "new camera" dialog you have showing?

EDIT:

Oh, something you could try: drag a camera animation set into a viewport, see if that does anything. That's supposed to make the camera associated with the animation set become the active camera.

You didn't happen to delete them via the element viewer?

Camera 1 is just still active camera and camera 2 is for animations and three was also animations.

it wont let me drag it in the view port

So from what I see, no fix? This is really messing with me; I've had about five shots I've saved special camera settings to just disappear. After I saved, I closed out and opened later. The "camera1" is still in the animation set editor.... however, I cannot drag it to the veiwport or revive it; it does not show up in the camera list. Help?
