Error in Downloading

Alright, one night I left Source Filmmaker to download. I woke up next morning and saw the download progress was 0 bytes / 0 bytes.

I tried pausing and resuming the download, but it just won't start! It just stays as 'Downloading' but doesn't really download.

Any way to fix this problem? To get the download working again? And don't say 'Try deleting the content and re-download' because my Internet hasn't been doing so well due to the storms here so the only time I can have good download speed is past midnight.
Just, Try and give me other possibly solutions. If a lot didn't work, then I'll just go with deleting the content..

If you are trying to download it via the steam store, then try to download it via clicking the download link on the http://www.sourcefilmmaker.com web page,

If you're try to download it from there and it is failing the try getting it from the Steam Store in the Steam Client.

If your Internet is being affected by storms, then it may not be a steam problem, it could be your provider's, contact them and have their support team check into the problem.
