Fog
If anyone knows how can I make an "eerie" fog for an eerie feeling It'll be awesome if he told me :D

You can use the "fogui" command in Game Mode, but this isn't saved in the animation so you'd have to re-enter it every time you open the file.

You can also just use volumetric lights to "fake it", which may be easier to manipulate depending on what you're doing.

This is fog turned on in a black_void set at .25 density color 222 222 222 and one volumetric light...

Also, you can use volumetric lights, and move the min distance as part of the animation to get a fog moving effect (have to mess with the settings to get it just right though)

also go into the particle editor (under windows tab) and look through the particles till you find a good mist/smoke/fog effect.
