LMAO, that happened to me the first time I used SFM, I was like WTF?! you are probably in graph editor, did a few movements, then tried to move the entire model, correct? when you go to move the whole model, don't select the model name, go in and select only root transform. move it with that.

click on the little plus "+" sign next to the model name then look under one of the options that gets revealed, usually body, but just expand all of them till you find it. it's basically the control for the position and rotation of the entire model.

I'm new to SFM. I barely know how to lipsync.

most of the time you can also move the whole thing by grabbing the main pelvis Hip bone. That is usually what i use.

hehe, i bet everyone has done this their first time using SFM. it is pretty fun tbh. interestingly enough, i am using this as a way to create a transformation animation for a Transformers film i am working on. It actually looks pretty good the way i have utilized it.
