How do I copy motions?
So I have been working on a sfm movie for a week now. Then there is a point where I want the character to repeat what it does. I have tried copying the motion from the Motion Editor and the pasting it again and nothing happens. Please tell me how to do it. Thanks.

What I've done for here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjEf2qzHRjg

Is exactly that. At the top near the beginning across the bridge he's running all custom coded, then I clicked on the Scout in the Element Viewer and then went to the graph editor. I copied the specific keyframes I needed and then pasted them where I needed them, thus coming up with the running animation.

Note: In no way is that video perfect. It's flawed but it give my point across.

You can copy motion from either the motion editor or graph editor, either will work. Like he said above, i find the graph editor easier. Just select all the appropriate keys using shift to select multiple keys, copy them, then move the playhead over to where you want to paste them in and paste. Then you probably have to mess around with it to get it to look right.

And then there is even another way, but probably not neceassary for what you want to do... but you can also export some animation and save it as a .DMX file for later. Then simply import it back into the model (right clicking in animation set editor, btw).

So many ways to do the same things in SFM, such an awesome piece of software.
