Want to make multiple texture skins on a custom model
I recently downloaded a poster model from here http://sfmbox.com/poster-template-model/ , it only have one texture skin. In order words, I only able to change one texture only. How to make multiple texture skins on one model?

I was curious about that myself. Is it easier to add additional skins to an existing model, or to just compile a new model for each new skin? and how would you add additional skins?

I think there is a QC command for texture families... would you not just decompile the model, add your new textures to the model qc and recompile?? Then if you do that, you may as well create a new model. you're already there and it would give you an extra character to play with in different clothes...

All I know is it has to be decompiled, the QC file modified and then recompiled. In both cases. As for if one's easier than the other, I dunno.

I already know about the QC file thing but I don't know how to modify it especially adding additional textures. Can someone show me the proper tutorial how to do it?
