Scout Model Bug?
Whenever I try using the scout.mdl model for making the scout zombie skin, there's only 3 skins insted of around 7. I looked at all the other .mdl models and they seem to be working fine. Also, the mdl and the hwm models for the scout seem to have gotten mixed up as far as selecting body groups goes as well. Has anyone else come across this problem? It's gotten in the way of many of my scout related projects. Thanks!

They simply didn't patch in the version of the character that has the zombie skins yet. You could try exporting the one in TF2, and putting it in usermod, see if it works.

And the HWM Scout is missing bodygroups because it's an SFM specific version of the model, with much higher polycount and all that, and they simply didn't bother adding bodygroups. Just move his hat off-screen to add other hats on him. For feet miscs though you're SOL, and most hands/arms/shoulders related miscs also don't fit him, since they changed his body shape to make him higher-res.
