How to edit a model in multiple shots at once?
I have this video with 4 shots, because I have to hide and show certain model parts. Now I want to manually make a lip-sync for the model, but it's really annoying that I have to switch scenes all the time.

Is it possible to open multiple scenes at once in the Graph editor?

I don't think so at this time. As far as I can tell, each blade is an overlay copy of the original shot bladed. If you make an edit in the original or a blade, the under- or over- lying blades don't know about the change. If there is a way to do it, it is unknown to me at this time. Let me know if you find a solution, I'd like to know as well.
What do you mean, hide and show certain model parts? Surely there's a better solution than blading clips?
Well I don't know one R234 :p

For example, a model's weapon has to disappear when a certain particle effect is over. The only way i know to make that weapon dissapear is by blading the clip and removing / hiding the model in the new clip. But I just started with SFM so there's a lot I don't know yet!
Instead of blading, is the particle effect large enough to cover the weapon in the shot, if so, why not just pull it out of the scene (through the ground)... Camera in on the character or something long enough to make the transition and back out? If you know what I mean?
The best solutions are often the most stupid simple: just move the model off-screen ;)

EDIT:

In fact, now that I think of it, you could get the "Rise of the Epic Scout part 3" project file, which I recently released in honour of the video's 200 000 views milestone:

That's a whopping 160-something shots for you to study and learn from (and that's not even the whole video, man did I work hard on this thing)! There's some good examples of models disappearing or appearing, and even a few instances of model swapping. In shot 2 there's actually two Scout models, a normal one and an Übercharged one, that swap places.

I can`t turn this one down, I got to have a look at this... Thank R234

Ohhh, are you calling me stupid now??? lol

Not at all, I actually hadn't noticed you'd suggested the same thing ;P

I'm simply an adept of the KISS Principle (Keep It Stupid Simple). Why look for complicated solutions when seemingly overly simplistic methods work just as fine?
Awesome thanks R234!

The particle I used was a bit annoying and weird, probably because I'm using Dota 2 files which are not supported by SFM yet unfortunately :p

Here are 2 small videos I made (been trying SFM occasionally for a week now)

Intro video for nlgseries.com videos, still needs some tweaking:

Longer video project:

I just started with that longer video project with barely any SFM knowledge, learned a lot out of it but it's not very good :p Think I'm going to start on a new one or remake it!
