Another tier0_s.dll Problem (qsdklauncher.exe - Entry Point Not found

Just found out this was happening, previously I posted sfm.exe - system Error and I launch SDK and this pops up and I click ok and everything is normal just another small annoyance.

Restart your STEAM CLIENT and try again, that usually works

I assume that would work to...interesting little I have done that keeps buzzing around.
