How to put weapons in the left hand?
I'm pretty new to sfm, only done about 10 hours. I've been trying to make posters of different item sets, like the public enemy scout set. The thing is, I don't know how to put all the items into one picture by putting the two weapons in two hands. So basically I want to know how to put a weapon in the left hand.

Use the move and rotate manipulators to place it manually, that's really all you can do.

As a general tip, you can shift+drag a bone to place it on the closest surface in screen-space at the current pointer position. So if you drag a weapon around an press shift while it's above the hand, it will snap to it.

Ok thanks I'll try that. I suppose since it's just a static poster I can just do it manually and not worry about how it moves and glitches out. Cheers :)

You'd more or less have to do it the same way for a movie, with one little extra step: lock and "playhead" it to the hand.
