How do I submit a movie to steam through SFM after editing?

So, reading the annual Saxxy awards rules. You are allowed to edit your movie in a third party software to add effects. However, you must submit your movie through SFM. How do I get a movie BACK into SFM after exporting and editing?

Well, the only way I know you can get it on steam is to post it on Youtube then link the account, which allows you to put it on steam. That's the way I do it anyway.

The submission just asks you for a file to upload. It doesn't render it out right there. You can do your post-processing, and then submit through SFM and just pick the file from your hard drive. For the Saxxy's it was really just a wrapper around youtube. I think it handled all the linking and tagging and whatnot for you, but the first thing it asks you for is your youtube username/password.
