Viewport (and some menus) flickering/stretching randomly.

So, I'm mainly trying to use SFM for making posters, right?

Well, I have two annoying little problems when it comes to that..
This happens on certain menus, as well as the primary viewport.[gyazo.com] Not to mention, it becomes much more noticable when trying to pose.

what is your Graphics Card/Chipset? I am going to suspect a dual Intel HD3000 and a Nvidia Chipset??? This looks like a struggle between the 2 for dominance, or an improperly set nvidia card.

I checked the thread, and tried the mat_info command.. it said I was using the GeForce card.
