Light Flickering problem
I've been trying to get a certain light effect onto my SFM animation but while it looks fine in the viewport when I render it the light is flickering or being all "Wavey"

Things I've tried so far that havn't worked:
- Lowering Noise strength
- Exporting just the sequence
- Repositioning Light
- Altering Volumetric Intensity Settings
- Trying a differant map

One thing I've noticed is if Progressive refinement is off it doesn't cause the rippling effect, but I can't turn it off otherwise an after image of the last light and model are present for a split second

Are you by chance lighting something that was recorded in-game? I had an issue like this, and I had to create animation sets from the existing in-game elements to get around it.

Nope, nothing was recorded, it was all importing and hand animating

Is the light really far away with the intensity, horizontalFOV, etc turned way up?

Well for the sake of seeing if thats the case I attempted it at differant angles and distances, unfortunatly it didn't change anything -.-

I sent the file to a friend of mine (since I was using his light setttings) and he ran into the same problem so I've eliminated the possibility its my PC
