How do I use SFM's scaling ability?
"transforms can now have (uniform) scale, and you can add an animatable scale control to models and bones in the animationset editor" How do I use that?

1. Right click the model/bone of the model in your Animation Set editor.
2. Go to Utilities -> Add Scale Control to Models
3. You should see a slider of the model that called "rootTransform_scale"
4. Default is set to 0.1. 0.2 will scale the model to 2 times (8x larger due to 3D), 0.3 scales the model to 3 times, etc.

Works with props, ragdolls, and doesn't interfere with flexes and eye controls.

I don't see "Add Scale Control to Models"
Try restarting steam. It's required to update SFM

mine wont scale down
maybe right click on the slider and change the parameters i don't actually know if that works though
