How do you import SFM models?

I wanna download a pack ( http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=114706 ) and I looked up tutorials but none of them helped. This is the first time I have been on steam in a few months so I really need some refreshers

You go into C:\Program files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Source Filmmaker\game\usermod

Then drop all of the files into it, it should ask you something like do you want to merge these files or something.
