Bind Models to Props
Okay so I have a basic grasp on attatching hats to the heads of character models but how do I do something less orthodox, like planting the Heavy's head to the seat of a speeding truck? What do I drag to what?

If the heavy's in the truck, just bind the heavy to the truck (rootTransform), then adjust the heavy's position, rotation and pose.

The entire body or just specific parts of the Heavy? I want to know for attatching other characters to other props.

Edit: I just bound the heavy to the rootTransform but the truck now rotates with the rest of the Heavy. Should I set the position before binding?

The rootTransform of the heavy to the rootTransform of the car (or static_prop, doesn't make a difference). This will cause the heavy to travel along with the car, which will then only require some simple animations to stick the heavy's head to the seat.
