Help!
I want to know how to use HWM face posing like in gmod, I know it's possible, I just don't know how.

Only if the model has the facial flex sliders, you're limited to that unless you decompile the model take it to a 3D editor and create the blendshapes yourself then recompile the model.

Hmmmm... What if I took the Gmod TF2 models and put them into SFM?
If you mean changing flex strength to create deformed faces, SFM doesn't support that.

Once I saw a SFM video that used HWM models.
Now I'm confused, are you saying your HWM models' faces don't move?

No like, I saw GMOD HWM faces in an SFM video, and the faceposing on SFM is VERY limited.

Like I said, SFM doesn't support flex strength scaling. It must've been a non-HWM model, those have flexes which aren't mutually exclusive, so if you mess with a lot of them at once the face becomes all jumbled.
