Medigun and minigun

i have been having issues with the medigun model (c_medigun)
i do all the transforms and binds but when i zero it the lever is sideways and not attached to the medigun. any ideas how to fix this?
and the minigun models when i bind it just concertinas itself

While applying ZERO preset, the medigun has to be selected in AnimSetEditor. Check if it always selected.

Try only have the locked bones selected while applying the Zero
