Textures replaced by TF2
I'm not sure why, but since the latest SFM updates, there's this weird thing going on where textures from other games are being replaced by TF2 textures.

This is how a Half Life 2 shotgun apparently looks like in my SFM:

I also had a similar problem with a map called gm_bar (which I got from SFMBox and worked perfectly fine back then), where the wall's textures are replaced by TF2's textures.

I hope someone knows a fix for this.

The latest update has nothing to do with it, it was always like that. It's a quirk in how content loading works in Source, only one instance of same-named assets from different mod folders can be loaded at any one time, and the one in the highest priority mod is used. In SFM, TF2 is set higher than HL2, and both shotguns use the exact same material name, so the HL2 SPAS 12 ends up using the TF2 Ithaca 37's texture.

If you want to fix it, you'll need to make a hexed SPAS that uses a different material. (Hexing tutorial: http://legoguy9875.deviantart.com/art/Gmod-and-SFM-Model-Hexing-Tutorial-424031304 )

Maps are more problematic. If they use external materials, you'll need to decompile and edit the map in Hammer to change them.
