Extract Phoneme?
How do i make it so it doesnt extract to the Music and effects part only the voice

The voice needs to be in a separate sound file from the sound effects and music. If it isn't you can always try to isolate it with a program such as Audacity. It doesn't have to sound perfect, so long as you mostly only have the voice left you can use that sound file to extract phonemes, and then remove it from the project.

And the music im trying to use is Michael jacksons 2012 smooth criminal remastered.

I recommend manual lip-syncing. It takes much longer, but it looks so much better.

smooth criminal? I don't even think SFM will be able to decipher what he's saying for most of that. Even with a pure acapella track.
