Any wayt to stop Skyboxes Tiling weirdly?

Hi i'm trying to use the sky_halloween skybox but it doesn't have a down texture so it just tiles like in the image.

Is there anyway to get the tile to mirror so there won't be a seam, or does anyone know of any night time skyboxes that have a down texture i could use instead?
