Hiding joints on a model?
I accidentally hit something and now what I assume to be joints (they're little white diamonds that show up along with the white sticks/bones) are showing too? Before they didn't and now they're very distracting when I try to pose something. How do I fix this?

Find the name of the joint and its location in the animation set editor, right-click and click "hidden".

How can I reshow them?

You have to select "Show hidden" in the "gear" menu at the top right corner of the animation set editor, and then you can see them again (either to select them, or to right click them again and set them to be unhidden - it is generally recommended to have "show hidden" off, as it's often used to hide bones that cannot be controlled or, in some cases, bones where even selecting them will cause SFM to crash).

Unless you deliberately want bones to be inaccessible, I'd instead recommend setting them to be deselectable by clicking the arrow icon next to their control group category. (Although that can be problematic with models with poorly sorted bones - but then, I suppose that's an argument for learning how to sort them).
