Valve actually included the original SFM session file for this clip at SourceFilmmaker\game\tf_movies\elements\sessions\logo\sfm_logo.dmx. Open it up like you would any other session, render it out at the resolution and quality you desire, and cut it onto the end of your video in a video editor.
