Why are some items missing HELP!

I wanteed to load the artic parka for a customer but SFM dosent have it. Should I look in the workshop?!

SFM does not update at the same rate as TF2. Sometimes it is MONTHS before items will become available. You have to extract the new content from the TF2 Game Cache VPK files if you don't want to wait. There are guides and youtube videos on how to do this.

Also the Model names may not be the same as the wiki name for an item, there is a guide in the guide section that will tell you the name of the model you need.
