Where are the new taunt animations?
They're not showing up in the models sequences. Yet others are getting them. How come I'm not?

You need to import them directly from TF2. There are HWM models hidden in the TF2 files that you probably need.

yea. you need to unpack the TF2 vpk files to the SFM directory.

The models used in taunts can be found in "models/players/items/taunts.
the actual taunts can be found in the HWM player models aswell.
(example: "taunt_conga")

i'd just grab everything to be safe. maps, particles, models, materials and sounds.

But which VPK carries those is what I'm saying.

all of them. they are spread across several vpks (though maps do have a folder outside the vpks). only those 5 folders you need to worry about though

i cant find neither the particles folder, the hwm, the vpks, nor any of the new taunts (taunt_conga). Can someone please explain where to find them and which directory (exactly) to import them into. Sorry if this is a stupid question but i seriously need help.

the vpks are in the team fortress folder, not the source filmmaker one. you have to extract the folders from the vpks there and move them to the sfm tf folder.

I've been opening up the vpks with GCFScape and none of them carry any foldiers..

You need to make sure you're opening the ones that end with "_dir.vpk".
