Why can't you go higher than volume 1.0?
I have been to trying to turn up the volume, but it won't allow me for some reason.

I really don't feel like making multiple wav with different volumes, either.

SFM audio tools are quite primitive. I usually add them on during the post-production phase. If this isn't an option for you, using multiple WAVs really is the only way to go.
