Lighting going over clips.
I had this problem yesterday however I fixed it somehow, and I can't remember how. I have a light specific for a shot and I want it to be removed for the next shot, however it stays for a millisecond into the next shot. How do I fix this?

Does it occur while rendering? I also notice it, but only while in the camera viewport, and clicking the viewport a few times usually fixes it.

You mean volumetric lights? If so, there is no fix. The flicker is made significanly less noticeable by high motion blur and DoF samles settings, but it can never be 100% eliminated.
