Please fix your rendering
When I render my film as an avi format, everthing goes well. But when I try to edit in video editors (like vegas, after affects or movie maker) it keeps saying This file type is not recognised. So I try upload to youtube it has same problem. I can't use other formats because quicktime is not supported for windows 8.

Then don't; Export as image sequence, import that sequence and sound into VirtualDub and export that as AVI, and you should now have a usable AVI file.

never export as avi or mov. do either an image sequence or mp4 (make sure it's set to h.264 instead of MPEG4 or it will be darker and the colors more rich (unless you like that look)). but since you can't get QT to work on win8 (which is stupid for them to do) the you have to do image sequence.

just keep in mind you will be dealing with massive file sizes that way (a minute and a half video could be 4gb)
