Textures are black and pink

I got some files from my friend that apparently were fixed

This is towards the end of our coversation. I just wanted to fix my hat's textures. It was just normal with the beard (Caribbean Co-something) broken at the top of the hat. And now it's just missing textures.
Would uninstalling TF2 and SFM help?

Ok, The first RAR file you posted does not contain the conqueror. That's why it didn't work.

The 2nd link doesn't work.

The files in the 3rd link are correct but the black and purple mean that if you used them, you didn't install things to the correct folders..

If you are adding ALL those files, then you could copy the files straight into usermod. (Don't try to create folders) I suspect you are probably 1 level too deep as it stands now. In other words, you may have a materials\models\models\workshop folder. If this is the case, move the second models folder up one level so it flows into the materrials folder not the models folder.
