Lip-sync Help
For some reason I can't seem to be able to make my TF2 Models lip-sync, I've followed tutorials and everything, but right now I've kinda hit a brick wall.
Anyone know why this is?

Did you use HWM model? Player models cannot do lip sync.

go find them in tf_movies folder. HWM class models have better face flexes and better lip-sync than TF2 class player models.
