Need help finding a model

I'd like to use a model of a balance for a TF2 sfm poster.

I am looking for something like this:

My question is: where can I find that one model? Or at least a similar looking one?

Surfer, as far as the creator, I removed it because it was giving me a headache. As good as it was, I couldn't do much with it. Even if Jack's is simpler, one thing that left my model cringing is the polygon number. :( I still have the blend file for the libra scale and I do plan on uploading it in the future, but when? Probably by the end of summer or otherwise, it will only be in Sketchfab for viewing.

I've got nothing at the moment though I do have ideas of making a parody of the worms game if you're familiar of it. In one of the game worms 4: mayhem, there's a weapon called the scale of Justice (I think that's the name) where upon using it, will cause all the worms in the field to have their health to be reduced or raised based on the total health of your team indicated by the bar in their HUD.

So… yeah, it's an idea

Oh, my bad, give me time to find them. It's buried in there somewhere unless you remember the model and materials name then it should save me time
