How to make a model stay still in SFM?
I have been trying forever, and browsing everywhere for a solution, but I just cant find one. So this is my problem:

I am currently working on a poster in SFM, and I want to work on a soldier model, but everytime I scrub the timeline to adjust his taunt and unusual effect, the scout (that I already had positioned) moves as well. So: how to stop the scout from moving?

Please help.

Drag the "Playhead" Slider on his model. Located where Round and Zero are.

well since your not giving a tutorial
set his animation to ref and position him or delete the key
I'm so sorry, but I am a complete noob, can you please tell me what you mean by this?
If anyone needs a screenshot of what I am doing, here it is: http://prntscr.com/4gtq7y
Once you find the point on the timeline where you want your scout to maintain his pose, go to the Motion editor and select all time, (Ctrl-A) then select the scouts animation set and slide the playhead slider al the way to the right. This will lock the scout in that pose for all of time. It will also kill any motion blur in your render, because there will not be any movement left on the scout.

Testing this now, I will get back to you.
