Pig/Pig Head Models Anywhere?

All I'm looking for is a pig/pig head model, and infortunately I cant find one for SFM or GMOD. Does anyone know or seen a place with this model? Or, can anyone make a model of the head (just the head of the pig), with face flexes and teeth visible?
