SFM - Imported model turns red

Ive downloaded a model that i know works for other people but when i import it into either a set or a stage scene it turns red except if only the models head is visible and everything below the head is in the floor if i try to pull the model out of the floor it turns red again

i have tried re downloading the file and have tried the material specular 0 trick but nothing seems to work and as i said i know it works

Any help would be great

i know works for other people = I know there is a store here

Can ANYONE tell me where it is? That would be great!
